We are a small company of cowboys and cowgirls that got its start in 2001. We were motivated by the idea of delivering a higher quality, day time horse activity that was still affordable and held closely to the Western ideals of horse/rider interaction. We are still staffed by the same core of people who began this venture, along with a few new additions. Our staff, though small, excels at giving our guests the kind of personal, Western touch that so many outfits have forgotten. While we are always hoping to add new and exciting features to our list of activities, we are most concerned with maintaining a close, personal interaction with each and every guest that joins us here at the Rusty Spurr. If you've ridden with us before we hope you come visit us again soon, and if you've never been here before we hope you'll give us the opportunity to (as so many of our guests have said) "spoil you" with a ride you won't soon forget.
A wrangler is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for their guests by maintaining healthy horses, a safe riding environment via thorough communication and instruction, and a fun riding environment by appearing relaxed while remaining attentive. Their enthusiasm for and immersion in Western culture, horses and cattle is the key to success for the Rusty Spurr Ranch. They are dedicated to actively promoting and positively representing the Rusty Spurr Ranch and the Cowboy Lifestyle.
